Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Influbriz (the “Service”), operated by [Your Company Name], [Registered address, City, State, India]. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and for everything published on your page.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the links, text, images and other content you add. You grant [Your Company Name] a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate the Service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

3. Connected social accounts

When you connect Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok or LinkedIn we store OAuth tokens, encrypted at rest, to read your public profile metrics. We never post on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the tokens immediately. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

4. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, malware, phishing, impersonation, harassment or spam.
  • No usernames that infringe trademarks or impersonate others; we may reclaim them.
  • No automated scraping or interference with the Service.

We may suspend pages that breach these rules; suspended pages show an “unavailable” notice.

5. Plans and payments

Free plans have published limits. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay in INR, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from Settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Custom domains

Pro users may point a domain they control at the Service. You are responsible for the domain’s registration and DNS. We issue TLS certificates automatically via Let’s Encrypt.

7. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your profile, blocks, analytics, subscribers, uploaded files and social tokens within 30 days of backup rotation. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Follower counts come from third-party APIs and may be delayed or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes and contact
